After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes the details of your order. Orders are shipped approximately 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Once the order is placed the order cannot be canceled or returned. Please be sure of your purchase before placing the order.
All customers will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped and when it should be delivered. Please use the tracking number to track your package on USPS.com.
In the event, where you do not receive your package, it is your responsibility to contact your local post office to recover your package. If it is lost, the customer will have to file a claim with USPS. We will not file a claim for lost packages.
We are only able to track orders placed within the United States. Once customer orders leave the U.S. borders, we are unable to retrieve specific tracking information to retrieve the item's exact location. International orders are "at your own risk" because we are unable to guarantee delivery and or location once the package arrives oversees. We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds or ship replacement orders to any lost international orders
